3. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@ryvolia.com. You may appeal to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court under the same Law.
4. Advertising and prices
Advertising is truthful and not misleading; price, availability, safety and licensing claims are substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.
5. Personal data and cookies
Processing personal data via forms, accounts or analytics needs a lawful basis, a privacy notice and data subject rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25 April 2024. Cookies that process personal data need informed consent and a cookie notice under the same Law.
6. Language
Consumer-facing information is available in Ukrainian per Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language' dated 25 April 2019. A Ukrainian version of required pages is provided.
7. Liability and governing law
We are not liable for indirect losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine; disputes go to Ukrainian courts.
