Every rate, deposit and rental requirement in one place

Scooters and e-bikes in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Boryspil. Rates run by the hour or by the day, the amount is shown before you reserve, and the deposit comes back when the ride ends. Riders must be 18 or older with a valid ID, and a helmet is included in every rental.

One rate card covers every hub in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Boryspil. A helmet, phone mount and cable lock come with each vehicle at no extra cost.

How the price works

Rates are flat across all four cities, with no hidden fees added at pickup.
Every extra hour past the 24-hour rate costs ₴39 on a scooter and ₴59 on an e-bike.
A 7-day booking is charged as 5 days, so two days are free.
The deposit is refundable and returns to the same card within 3 working days.
Helmet, phone mount and lock are included; a second helmet costs ₴50 per day.

Deposits & refunds

Your deposit comes back. Here is how it works.

Every rental starts with a refundable security deposit. We place it as a card hold, not a charge, and release it as soon as the vehicle is back at the hub with no damage.

Deposit amounts

Scooter, 50 cc class: UAH 2,000
E-bike, city and trekking: UAH 3,500
Weekly rental: UAH 2,000 flat

The hold shows up in your banking app as a pending amount, not a completed payment. Some banks label it "authorization hold".

Refund process

Return the vehicle to an operator at any hub and complete the short condition check.
We photograph the frame, battery and helmet, then close the contract in your account.
The hold is released the same day. Card issuers usually clear it within 3 business days, and up to 7 for foreign cards.

Late returns are billed at the hourly rate only. The deposit itself is never used to pay for extra time or fuel.

Rental requirements

Who can rent, and what to bring

The same rules apply at every hub in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Boryspil. Reserve online, then bring the documents below to the pickup point.

Minimum age 18. A passport or national ID card is checked at handover.
Driving licence. Scooters faster than 25 km/h need an A1 or AM category licence. E-bikes capped at 25 km/h need no licence.
Helmet. A certified helmet is included free with every rental and is compulsory for all riders.
Insurance. Third-party liability cover sits inside the hourly rate. A damage waiver is an optional add-on at checkout.
Payment card. A bank card in the rider's name is required for the refundable deposit.
Local road rules. Ride in bike lanes and cycle paths, keep off sidewalks, and park only inside marked hub zones. Full details in our safety policy.

Deposit, insurance and helmet, in short

The deposit is authorised on your card at pickup and released in full once the vehicle is returned undamaged. Deposit amounts per model are listed in deposit and refund.

Extra helmets for a passenger are free on request. Riding without one is not permitted, and a rented vehicle is only handed over to the named rider. Questions about documents or coverage can go to the reservation desk.
