Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy governs cancellations, refunds, and deposits for rental services provided by ryvolia.com (LLC, EDRPOU 22998341), registered at Office 5, Business Center 'Horizon', 12 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. It complies with the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023 and the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a fee equal to the first night's rental or 50% of the total rental cost, whichever is less. No-shows are not refundable. 2. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.

3. Deposits

A refundable deposit may be required. It is returned within 7 days after the rental period ends, provided the item is returned in good condition. If damage or missing items are found, we will provide an itemized deduction.

4. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

For complaints, contact us at contact@ryvolia.com or +380 979 430 9289. You have the right to appeal to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.

5. Language and Legal Notices

Required consumer information is available in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language' dated 25 April 2019. Ukrainian legal notices are provided on request. Advertising claims are truthful under the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25 April 2024.
