Safe riding rules
- Wear a certified helmet and high-visibility gear. Check brakes, tires, lights, and battery before each ride.
- Use bike lanes, obey traffic rules, keep under 25 km/h, and slow near pedestrians. Never ride under the influence or carry passengers.
- Charge only with the original charger in a dry, ventilated area. Stop if the battery overheats or swells.
- Avoid heavy rain, snow, ice, and strong wind. Minimum age: 16 for e-scooters, 14 for e-bikes, or as local rules require.

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023, you have the right to clear pre-contract information, fair terms, and dispute resolution.
