Rental Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all rentals from ryvolia.com (LLC) in Ukraine.
1. Eligibility and Age Limits
Renters must be 18+ with valid ID. Under 18 requires parental consent. Motorized rentals need a driver's license and age 21+.
2. Licensing and Permits
Motorized rentals require a valid Ukrainian or international driving license. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015, identifying our legal name, registration data, address, and contact details.
3. Helmet and Safety Laws
Helmets are mandatory for all riders of bicycles, scooters, and motorcycles.
4. Insurance
Basic third-party liability insurance included. Renters liable for equipment damage up to excess stated at checkout.
5. Permitted Riding Areas
Riding only on designated paths, roads, and areas in the rental agreement. Off-road in protected areas, pedestrian zones, and private property prohibited. Local traffic rules apply.
6. Prohibited Uses
Sub-renting, commercial use, racing, and riding under influence prohibited. Violations may lead to termination and deposit forfeiture.
7. Booking and Payment
Bookings require valid payment. Prices include taxes. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996, ensuring truthful price and availability claims.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Later cancellations may incur fee. Refunds within 5 business days. Complies with Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
Renters use equipment at own risk. We are not liable for injury or damage from misuse or negligence. Statutory consumer rights unaffected.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
File complaints at contact@ryvolia.com or +380 979 430 9289. You may appeal to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court (Law No. 3153-IX).
11. Personal Data Protection
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25 April 2024. Cookies processing personal data require informed consent.
12. Language
Per Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language' dated 25 April 2019, consumer-facing legal notices are available in Ukrainian.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes resolved in Kyiv courts.
